IT Project Manager (Pasadena, CA)

  • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding and staffing;
  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables;
  • Work with other members of the IT team to identify and resolve application issues, system enhancements, and new user requirements;
  • Develop detailed system and program specifications, including: data conversion, interfaces, and custom reporting to ensure business requirements are met;
  • Develop test scripts and test new functionality and enhancements;
  • Use appropriate software development methodologies prescribed by Lvmei Auto to document user requirements to design business solutions;
  • Have the ability to work with local and remote development teams to get solution developed and implemented;
  • Consult with functional managers and users to develop agreed upon solutions for process improvements to meet business objectives;
  • Protect operations by keeping client information confidential;
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of SQL, Oracle applications, and ATLAS;

  • The position requires the use of specialized knowledge and expertise in configuration management software, program testing software, and web platform development software. The job candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related major.

Marketing Specialist (Pasadena, CA)

  • Plan, execute and optimize marketing and promotion activities for both online and offline channel.  
  • Responsible for planning, research and production of marketing materials, advertising and publications;
  • Monitor and reporting of the industry, trends and competitive landscape;
  • Gathers relevant information needed to develop, recommend, and execute strategies, tactics and budget that will result in effective marketing programs;
  • Advises Senior Management staff on public relations and marketing implications of administrative decisions;
  • Design, build and maintain company's social media presence (WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, Blog, Weibo, Yelp) as well as email marketing. 
  • Audit social media and analyze conversation to potentially impact brand strategy and planning, marketing initiatives, etc.;

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields required;

  • At least one year experience in marketing, communication, public relations or related fields;
  • Strong written and verbal language skills in both English and Chinese;
  • Demonstrated experience with national/international media campaigns;
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively;
  • Ability to multitask and deal with different projects at the same time;

Credit Analyst (Pasadena,CA)

  • Investigate and analyze credit: Conducts credit analyses including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information on customers.
  • Make recommendations/ decisions regarding loan terms based on credit by analyzing credit data and financial statements to determine the most feasible package and offerings.
  • Analyze financial and credit-related data from reputable credit institutions and industry-related markets to ensure that credit information and data checks comply with laws and regulations
  • Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history, and purchase activity.
  • Confer with credit associations and other business representatives to exchange credit information.
  • Compare profitability of various packages, including new, used, trade-ins, and buyback vehicles, and generate price quotations for the client.
  • Maintain control over the credit standings of accounts and furnish information relative to credit inquiries.
